Where the HITRAN/HITEMP databases are currently maintained by Dr. Larry Rothman. HITRAN is an international standard database for use in atmospheric and planetology applications, and many teams from the EU contribute to providing data for input in this database. This group has a strong link with UCL since UCL had taken charge of including HITRAN in VAMDC e-infrastructure; it provides an entry in the USA towards the atmospheric users.
